Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Online payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, Airtel Money, Freecharge, Ola Money, Paytm, Mobikwik, and Payzapp.

Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With tags and original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Submit a request via our return section in the menu.
Mention your return reason and attach pictures of the product with tags intact.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request is processed.

Return Shipping

For COD orders:
- If you ship the product back yourself, you will receive a full refund as a coupon code
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued as a credit note or coupon code for future purchases.
The coupon code is valid indefinitely but can only be used once.
The return process may take 7-15 business days.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size or color.
To request an exchange:
- Submit a return request and mention your exchange preference in the message.
