  • Do I get a refund ?

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.

  • When will I get my refund?

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in their proper condition along with the tags.

You will be receiving your refund-coupon-code (RCC) within 48 hours of return received to us.

  • How long can I use the credit points for?

The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.

 

  • Can credit points/coupon be used for any product?

  • Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?

Yes, cod is available.

  • What are your shipping charges?

Currently, we have no shipping charges. We provide free shipping. 

  • Where are your packages shipped from?

Our orders are shipped from Chennai. 

  • When will I receive my order?

your order will be shipped and reach you within 2-3 business days; the delivery may take 4-5 business days depending on your area

  • When do you process and ship the order?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1 am on a saturday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

  • How can I cancel my order?

If any cancellation, please inform us within 24 hours and we will cancel the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is Shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

We make sure the quality check is done twice before the order is shipped to not disappoint our customers. In case you have received a defective product, Send us an email or WhatsApp us with the defective product images. We will get back to you asap.

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

For any changes in the order, email or WhatsApp us with your order number and mention your changes. Note: Please notify us before the order is processed and shipped (which is within 6 hours after placing your order). Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
